The Mansion House is a venue solely run to support and raise funds for Age UK Mid Mersey. We are proud to be their nominated electrical maintenance provider.

We are the nominated electrical contractor for GSF Car Parts in the North West.

HMS (part of the Torus Group)

We currently provide testing and electrical upgrade works on Torus housing in the St Helens, Warrington and Liverpool areas.

BXB Limited

At present, we provide three-phase electrical site work for BXB. Three-phase electrical work is commonly used in industrial, commercial, and large residential settings where high power loads are required.

GTB Management Limited

We provide a maintenance callout service for GTB Management.

Paramount Block and Estate Management

We deliver maintenance repairs across the North West for this independent block management and estate management company.

Rentokil

Our work for Rentokil, involves looking after a variety of commercial sites on a responsive proactive repairs and maintenance agreement. This includes providing warehouse power lighting and three-phase works. We also provide repairs and maintenance to Rentokil offices, employee work areas and public areas too.

SWARCO Ltd

We are contracted to supply and fit SWARCO smart charging EV chargers. We provide single 7kW and 3 phase 22kW installations..

We provide proactive void property testing and repairs for social housing clients.

We provide landlord electrical safety inspection testing reports and maintenance services for Avela Home Services.

Care Home and Housing Scheme Clients

We look after a variety of care homes and housing schemes in and around the North West for a diverse client base.

We have a large client base of private sector landlords. We provide a range of services, including general call out, responsive repairs, landlord certification and general electrical repairs.

Age Concern Mid Mersey Trust

We provide electrical repairs, maintenance, inspection and testing of the Age Concern Mid Mersey Trust's properties in and around the North West area.
